I know he does it for ratings because no one will listen to him unless he talks about the cowboys but anyone else find it ironic and hypocritical that he constantly calls Dallas fans obnoxious but the second the Cowboys lose or something bad happens he posts a video laughing at them and belittling the team? He is to the point that his ONLY schtick it to make fun of Dallas. And in a pc age, why does ESPN continue to allow it?

I deal with worse haters then him honestly. It just comes across as he does it for TV. People will tune in to see him cry when we win or tune in to see him gloat when we lose. It is what it is at this point. I don't watch him after losses anyway so it really doesn't effect me. I'm more disturbed by the fake Cowboys and like Skip BAyless.

Win or lose the Cowboys are ALWAYS in First Takes and Undisputed’s A block. The team drives the shows’ ratings. Stephen A Smith’s Shtick is played out, don’t watch. Skip Bayless is a fake Cowboys fan too. His “how bout dem Cowboys?” slamming his fist on the table after every win shtick is played out too. I stopped watching FT a long time ago, and only watch Skip and Shannon because I think Shannon is hilarious.

He's not a reporter, he's just an actor at this point. Puppet on a string. He's just reading the script that he's given.

In this PC age? What does making fun of fans of sports teams have to do with not being PC? Sports is entertainment. Not a religion, race or gender. Who gets personally offended by SAS? Yea he’s annoying but he isn’t personally offensive to u. Is he?

I’m with you. I think it’s hilarious. At this point he gets a kick out of whiny fans like some on this board. Taking personal feelings out of it— there is plenty to laugh at about this team (or franchise in general).

I will say— it says a lot about the Cowboys. No matter how bad we are— we will always be relevant. The high and low of being America’s Team. *shrug*

What exactly has this franchise done over the last 20 or so years that’s not laughable? Hate the man all you want, but he’s right about this team a lot more than he’s wrong and it forces us to face the fact that this once historically great franchise, is a nothing more than a mere shell of its former self.

All we do as fans is eat up whatever the Owner/GM tells us in the offseason to build up false hope in the fact that one day somebody, somewhere on this team will be competent enough to get us to the big game.
