Players grow, and they get better - that's' what a good coach does. I love it how people like you say "this player is xxxxx at best." Yep. Just like Austin was a career 4th at best. Romo was a one-hit wonder at best. Ratliff was a good rotation guy at best.
That stuff is so far from right - it can't even be considered left.
