Amen to that. You would think that the coach would have the last say in his starting QB.It would be a sign that the franchise is headed in the right direction if McCathy overrules the son of a non football guy and names GG the starter!!!
no matter who starts it was and always was MM decision..Amen to that. You would think that the coach would have the last say in his starting QB.

get passed the idiotic narratives, the Jones may do a lot of things but choosing who starts and plays has never been one of them..
They also signed Gilbert. It's kind of silly to suggest they think they will look better playing the worse player than the better one. The reality is that the team feels the veteran starter is the better player. You are fooling yourself on that. The Jones' spend the money. They spent money on Dalton and it was their signing. They want their guy on the field to justify their signing. This happens quite often in sports.
Well I am pretty sure they aren’t playing the Chiefs in the WC round.Have you looked at the Steelers schedule this year? Some of their opponents:
Giants, Broncos, Texans, Eagles, Browns, Titans, Ravens, Cowboys.
Other than the Titans and Ravens, the combined record of the other teams, without their win over the other teams, is 17-26-1. And 5 of those wins belong to the hot and cold Browns, take them away and the totals are 12-24-1.
I'll give them credit for winning close games, but let's not act like the Cowboys "hung tough" with the Chiefs....
Junior is probably worse then the old man
no im not not once in 30years has player, coach, or person inside the star EX OR OTHERWISE has even whispered the jonses have done that..its not true its ridiculous that you believe that.. smhYou are fooling yourself on that. Whatever happens or whoever starts, the Jones clan needs to let the coach be the one to say it. Just looks like the SOS.
Not really an expectation as much as a wild hope! Not sure why anyone expects things to change. To coach the Cowboys one has to know his place. Jerry doesn't want another Jimmy stealing the spotlight.
