For some God-forsaken reason, Stephen tries to convince us that we are totally ignorant of the best ways to manage a pro football team. It doesn't seem to faze the FO that for the past 3 decades, this team's record is problematical. False pride and egos just go bonkers, in their desperation to prove themselves faultless. Fragile human sensitivities and over-inflated egos are really strange in that way!
