As they should be. He's an incredible player, and can be the bonified pass rusher on this DL as Gregory/Crawford/Lawrence all continue to develop.

Signing him gives you a lot of options in the draft too.

I don't really mind his antics. You need some crazy dudes, especially on defense. It actually might drive his FA price down too, which is fine with me.

Good to hear. Hardy is quite possibly the most dominant 4-3 defensive end in all of football.

There would be some opposed to resigning him, and the media would have a field day with it. The thing about the media, though, is that they will always find something to sensationalize when it comes to the Cowboys, so Stephen and JJ shouldn't worry about their reaction to a Hardy deal if one were to come about (I doubt they concern themselves with media reaction anyways).

Front office realizes that dominant pass rushers dont grow on trees. Hardy winds up with double digit sacks if he stays healthy. Also somebody needs to light a fire under some of these guys.

I almost wonder if the support the day after Hardy stirs the pot is kind of managements way of saying they are tired of the process as well.

I think they like his antics and the timing of this support is not a coincidence.

Ehhh I wouldn't if it were up to me but I'm not going to throw a fit if the Cowboys decide to.

I don't have to agree with every move of the Cowboys front office and coaches and I'm not likely to ever agree with everything they do. That's just part of being a fan.

Hard to imagine Stephen would ever say no to that question while the season was still live, but we'll see how much Dallas is really willing to commit. In these situations, money is the only thing that talks.

Something isn't making sense. Crawford and Dez just got deals. You will have Fred beard and Martin coming up, you can only hand out so many big deals.

Even the local media does that. Today they keep talking about Hardy. Omg...he yelled at people! It's so annoying.

Well that is all Sunshine and Lollipops, but I wonder how close they would be on price if they met today to discuss further.

If the Cowboys were willing to put up with Haley's antics in order to win 3 SB's, I'm sure they would be willing to deal with Hardy's if he brought the same kind of production on the field.
