I like the attitude and emotion.

Football is a game of emotion, and you need those types of fiery guys to compete at a high level each and every week.

Even the local media does that. Today they keep talking about Hardy. Omg...he yelled at people! It's so annoying.

The local media are every bit as bad about sensationalizing Cowboys events as the national media, at least from what I've seen. I remember some years ago when TO played for San Fran, the cameras caught him blasting his OC, and the national media played it up that day and then pretty much let it go. Hardy will be talked about for the rest of the week, minimum.

Something isn't making sense. Crawford and Dez just got deals. You will have Fred beard and Martin coming up, you can only hand out so many big deals.

I think we've learned by now that if you really want to get things done under the cap you will find a way to do it.

As far as the philosophical debate of signing him, I see average fans on Facebook saying he isn't what the Cowboys are about. Read Pete Gent's book North Dallas Forty (or watch the movie). There was some bad stuff going on under Tom in the 60's and 70's and again in the 90's under Jimmy and we only know what has been put out there, there's a lot more where that came from that we don't know and it's just not the Cowboys.

It's nice if you can have an idol like Roger or Bob Lily or Troy who did it all right but we are imperfect beings created by imperfect beings and I have no problem separating the person from the number. I don't care about judging people, I care about winning games because I have an emotional connection to the team. I simply won't apologize for the fact that Hardy can help the team win and solidify the defense in the last years of the Romo window. I'm all for it. Much like I was for bringing Michael Irvin back after his problems.

I can understand people disagreeing with me and not wanting him signed and I respect that also.

Front office realizes that dominant pass rushers dont grow on trees. Hardy winds up with double digit sacks if he stays healthy. Also somebody needs to light a fire under some of these guys.

Hardy is the nasty we need on defense and this team.

We are not running the cub scouts, we need players that can elevate the play of those around them by being outstanding on the field.

Greg is the real deal, quirky and has made some poor decisions off the field but the guy is BEAST on the field where it matters.

I don't like the guy myself but if teammates like him and like what he brings to this team then i'm for it. And I mean the players that matter. I don't care what sensitive players who can't take criticism think. If Romo and Dez and co. are okay with him being in this locker room then he should be brought back.

Hardy was not acting any differently than we the fans were acting in our homes except he didn't kick a dog or send kids to their rooms. Am I right?

You kicked the dog? Whats wrong with you? You kick the kid and send the dog to his room.

In 2 games he's held the defense and team accountable in ways that Ware never did, that Lee never did. He's a different breed

When he jumped on Coleman in TC, we were all on board then. Keep him and let everyone else get on his level.
