If the top-seed 2016 Cowboys at least made the SB it'd be one thing. But we're talking about tying up a lot of cap space in guys who only won 1 playoff game on their rookie deals. Is paying them huge money going to take the team further? I don't see how.
When Emmitt held out he had a ring on his finger, as did Aikman. As much as I've liked Dak and Zeke they haven't won anything. They've barely sniffed postseason success.
