People are upset with Stephen but I don’t know why all you do is talk about who’s overpaid….being cheap like Stephen seems to be the way to go…..y’all should love it.

There's being cheap and then there is being miserly. There is so much noise and who all was involved in every event is so unclear.

I mean people act like Stephen went into his office, wrote up, and gave DLaw the lowball all by himself. Then Jerry as an aside got involved and "saved the day?"

Those two work in the same building along with McClay. Mike McCarthy and Dan Quinn are one building over along with all the players. There is all the staff like accounting, legal, scouting, etc that are involved. Now is go time for most of those departments I imagine with the new league year starting.

Seems like a bad cop good cop routine to me. He took a $7m pay cut.
