Nah, I'm not really familiar with the player. I got the idea he was a rusher, but it sounds like he's more of an OLB even in a scheme like ours? I still wouldn't be making a trade for a guy for half the season when there's no way we'll be able to pay what he wants.
I gave you a highlight vid to see in my above post it was the only one I could find without explicit lyrics but it is good

Ummm..you do know Collins isn't an edge rusher right?

Sean Lee doeant get sacks either....mainly bc he doesn't rush the passer...

Kind of like J. Collins
I agree Collins is a underrated player for sure he is a very very solid player

I really like Collins but I am not even sure if he was advertised lol

If the opportunity presents itself to make a reasonable trade for a pass rusher, I'd definitely do it.

I think Willy Young would be the biggest name you might see. He does have a cap number but I dont think its huge. I think you are looking at a 5th value for him. McFadden could be delt as well

If anyone would want him, you might get a 6th or 7th for DMC. He's about all we have that would interest anyone at all. I don't think
we have extra picks for next year so I'm not giving up picks for anyone this year. Just stick with what we have and guys keep
doing their jobs.

I still say Willie Young should be looked at.

What indication has there been that Chicago has even the slightest interest in getting rid of a guy that outplayed his last contract and they just resigned cheaply?

Have you seen him play, he does lots of things very well, sideline to side speed, can cover TE, he is a very solid player, not sure about the Von miller money maybe he does want that. Make no mistake he is a very good player sacks don't tell you everything

Supposedly has turned down 11m from the Pats, it would cost 15m to franchise tag. Ain't happening.

Jamie Collins would have been a nice fit :(
Apparantly he turned down an $11 million a year offer from the Pats. That was a major reason for the trade. He's good, but not worth that kind of money.

The Browns have $50+ million in cap space, so it's likely he will re-up with them.

Say goodbye to that guy's career. I get taking the payday, but that hole is where players go to disappear.
