Apparantly he turned down an $11 million a year offer from the Pats. That was a major reason for the trade. He's good, but not worth that kind of money.

The Browns have $50+ million in cap space, so it's likely he will re-up with them.
why would anyone re-up for the browns only reason would be if no one else wants ya LOL

The Browns have a little bit of insurance baked into the Collins trade. If he refuses to sign a long term deal with them and commands top dollar on the market, then they probably get a 3rd round compensatory pick the following year (assuming they don't sign an unrestricted free agent to offset the loss). So they are risking a late 3rd rounder this spring for one the following year.

Have you seen him play, he does lots of things very well, sideline to side speed, can cover TE, he is a very solid player, not sure about the Von miller money maybe he does want that. Make no mistake he is a very good player sacks don't tell you everything
