With a talented draft class at the top on the offensive line and other positions, Stephen Jones sees a big opportunity to improve in the draft next month.

Stephen Jones is only 59, but he looks like he is 200 yrs old in this clip.

Thick rim glasses you can dam near see your reflection in, solid white hair, more wrinkles than a bloodhound, yikes.

Some people look 10-15 yrs younger than their actual age, but it appears the opposite has happened to Stephen. If I didnt know his real age, I would honestly think he was in his mid to late 70s.

Apparently that is the only place they think they can improve from.

This front office is simply a joke, they ane assuming second year players are going to make a jump including those coming off injury.

Mismanagement of the cap, idiotic philosophy of free agency has led to forcing the draft with your needs and hope younger players make a substantial jump.

Truthfully you can not take this clown show seriously, this team will do nothing yet again in the post season, assuming of course they even get there.

If the draft aligns a little bit with their needs then why didn't free agency align a lot more? Stephen Jones has two minds; one is lost the other one is looking for it.

Of course it does. Cap boy wants cheap “talent” and the draft provides it
