Hey, if you don't want the man to state the obvious, don't stick a microphone in his face.
Which would be more likely with a SB ring to their name. It's not ALL they are worried about but every player on every team is looking to capitalize financially in the relatively short time they have in the league.
Players wanting to get paid isn’t reason this team can’t get over the hump. I do believe Jerry coddles his players too much.

My point is that the farther the Cowboys go, the higher the value of each player is going to be, other than the obvious ones, like Micah, who's value is clear regardless of team success.Sounds great in theory but with the advent of free agency when that moment hit's winning is on the back burner. Highest bidder is more important most of the time. You see it everywhere. Unlesss the player is a journeyman who isn't due for top dollar, he might make winning the priority but it's usually not the case. OR you already play for a quality team. But if the Texans are offering the best deal while Kansas City is giving you a 3rd of that... Hello Houston. Those paydays are few and far between.
Yes,the truth hurtsWe have “wake up call” games every year, some years multiple games, and they never wake up. Jerry Jones and Stephen Jones are a cancer to this team because of the environment they’ve created, NOTHING HAS CHANGED.
That has nothing to do with what he said though. What he said also has no bearing on how the organization is set up and his role. In terms of no accountability he’s literally saying the team will learn from this *** whooping and be better because of it…what did you want him to fire a coach after week 3?The outrage is the same results for 30 years, with no accountability from the front office. Stephen wouldn't be a ball boy on any other team, much less running day to day football operations.
I want him to fire himself and hire a real GM.That has nothing to do with what he said though. What he said also has no bearing on how the organization is set up and his role. Look I wish they weren't owners of our team, but like there's 30 years of them talking. At this point, who cares about the nonsense they spout? They talk out both ends, and nothing they say outloud has any real indication on what's actually going on.It would be nice to not hear anything from “Giggles“ and his dad. It would probably help the team- especially the coaches if those guys would not do 3 radio shows a week.
