sorry hoof bite

But county prosecutors said they would not move forward with a felony prosecution because the substance sold to the undercover officer was "lisdexamfetamine dimesylate," which is not listed as a controlled substance

Mustain was arrested last month on a felony narcotics charge of selling prescription drugs after allegedly selling a substance he passed off as Adderall to an undercover officer. But the substance sold was lisdexamfetamine dimesylate, similar to Adderall but not a controlled substance and thus not punishable as a felony

now who am I to believe you or the numberous newspapers reports

I don't know

You could look it up.

Shire plc announced today that the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has classified Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine dimesylate, formerly known as NRP104), as a Schedule II controlled substance, following the earlier recommendation of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Here's a list of controlled substances from the Department of Justice. It's the last drug on page 6. The list is from January of this year.

He did as well as anyone could have realistically expected a third-string QB with no NFL starting experience to do. The majority of NFL teams either don't even have a third-string QB or don't have one that is good for anything other than body heat. Nobody ever expected McGee to be a starter, but he did his job.

Dallas will bring in another QB. I don't think anyone doubts that. They usually have 4 QBs during training camp. The question is how much do you spend to bring in another QB? Do you use a 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th round pick? Do you pick up a UDFA? Do you pick up a FA who has NFL experience?

I don't see Dallas using anything higher than 5th round draft pick on a QB at this time. I have no problems with that. You can find someone to provide competition with McGee in the later rounds or free agency. This will be McGee's 3rd year, which I think will be his make or break year. If he makes it, then Dallas may be set. If not, then in 2012 Dallas will focus on bringing in an eventual replacement for Romo.

Brady was a 6th round pick. I'm not saying get rid of McGee I'm just thinking his accuracy is not stellar so it would be great to bring in someone that might show a little more. Romo is 31. McGee could still develop. It's just his accuracy didn't impress. Does anyone have info on his accuracy prior to coming to the Cowboys?

You have to remembe accuracy is a function of a number of things, not just the ability to stand in a spot and throw at a target. These guys don't get to stand still like a practice drill, they have to make reads, rely on judgements, rely on game experience and knowledge (which McGee did not have). McGee was still in an early stage of his development in the NFL - he's still learning.

McGee now has a little practical game experience to draw on, and will be entering TC with a more time and experience under his belt, so the accuracy should improve. If it doesn't we will know it's time to scrap him and find someone new.

I can't judge him too harshly on the final game of the season. No one on offense played well that game. The line was not blocking and there were several dropped passes in that game. That doesn't mean McGee did everything right because he didn't; however, he looks to have improved during his two years in Dallas. That says something.

Should is fine. But I think a 6th or 7th wouldn't be wasted on a QB if a great prospect falls or purhaps a quality free agent signing. Romo always had someone pushing him to stay on the roster. If McGee improves then the competition won't hurt him. I'd like a backup that can be groomed to replace Romo when the time comes.
If that backup is McGee all the better.

I don't have a problem drafting a QB 6th o 7th - that late "Best Available" should be the standard, and if there is a QB that the team likes that late I'm good with it. I think McGee has a chance, but it's far from assured.
