Well when you are 6-2 at the trade deadline there is typically not much in the way of good healthy talent available sitting at home and you can't draft anyone today so trading is about the only way of aquiring good talent. There are exceptions but they are few, OBJ is there but he's not healthy, probably find a healthy RB who can be productive but we are good there. Sometimes you need to overpay to get you a guy who can help you get over the top. Worry about the cap after you win some playoff games.

Shut the hell up Chuckles....nobody likes you, or has ANY faith in your ability to do anything but keep your first nickel safe in your front pocket.

Did Suh suck last year? Or is he unemployed because he’s an awesome person?

This team got punked by the 49ers in the playoffs last year and their big addition to remedy that is Jonathan Hankins?

A lot of fans want a new toy to play with but remember, it's a trade. For anything the Cowboys get, they have to give up something.

In this case it would have been draft picks which represents future young talent with upside at a low price.

It was actions like that which put the Cowboys in trouble with the cap, resulting in poor depth and a poor win/loss record.

Besides, which possible trade would have cemented a championship? NONE! The Cowboys would have sacrificed future talent for nothing.

Stephen Jones doesn't give two poops about improving the team. If he did he wouldn't have to go on the radio and waste air time trying to justify why they sat on their butts and didn't do a damn thing. They won't start caring until the cash flow slows up.
Well guess what.. the csu for ain't ever stopping.

Word is out that Jerry has a liking for Odell Beckham Jr., despite the fact that he's still physically unable to play. Don't be surprised if the FO is waiting to see if he's recovers satisfactorily or not to sign him. Just a heads up. I can't help but wonder if Jerry wants him badly enough to make an offer while he's still injured, in hopes of getting a bargain -- it wouldn't surprise me in the least. That seems to be the way they roll . . . o_O

Which it never does because the fans are eternal suckers. Jerry and Co. will continue to fleece them until his last days.
