"You're changing a culture. You change when you change the leadership," Jones said. "And certainly we like stability. That's why we stayed with Jason for 10 years and we know these things don't happen overnight in terms of when you turn things around. You throw on top of it that we had an unprecedented environment with the virus and Mike and his staff weren't able to have interactions with the team other than virtual. There's challenges out there but there's a lot of other new staffs that have had the same challenges. You throw that in there, then you throw the injuries that we've had to work with and certainly it's been a big challenge. We'll continue to go to work every day and improve as a football team."

Excuses excuses Jerry's 25 year spin as all expected continues. Excuses are like A-holes they all stink and this team stinks.

What he says now does not mean a thing come March. For Dak anyway. MM is here for another year for sure.
Depends where they are in the draft for Dak.
But he is 80% correct knowing them.

Theres a Far Side strip where the roof of a plane is torn off but the pilot is worried about his hat flying off.

That's what I think of when I read posts about people worried about Prescott, while the owners find it perfectly fine to address the media as much as they possibly can.

2030: "We need to move on from McCarthy"

Dude,
How did Jimmy say it before guaranteeing that Niner championship game?

I'll borrow from Jimmy and combine it with your comment here...

Put THIS IN BIG BOLD PRINT!

The downward spiral continues. Next milestone, 30 years between trophies.

Settle in and get comfy.

Translation: it’s a process.

So people on this forum are upset because Stephen says, they have no plans to move on from Dak and Mcarthy. However these same people feel that if the front office drafts Lawrence, it’s the correct thing to do and it’s Super Bowl here they come. So I guess a top draft pick will fix all the ills of last 26 years.

I would hope so...

The year prior to Dak, Dallas had one of the worst offenses and a top 3 pick. The year that Dak get hurt, Dallas scores 2 TDs in 4 games and is headed for a top 3 pick.

If you have a chance at the next Peyton Manning, Troy Aikman, etc you take it. Lawrence is a unicorn at the QB position.
