Way to go Jerry and Stephen!
we know these things don't happen overnight in terms of when you turn things around........But they do with the right HC we have seen it lol."You're changing a culture. You change when you change the leadership," Jones said. "And certainly we like stability. That's why we stayed with Jason for 10 years and we know these things don't happen overnight in terms of when you turn things around. You throw on top of it that we had an unprecedented environment with the virus and Mike and his staff weren't able to have interactions with the team other than virtual. There's challenges out there but there's a lot of other new staffs that have had the same challenges. You throw that in there, then you throw the injuries that we've had to work with and certainly it's been a big challenge. We'll continue to go to work every day and improve as a football team."
Translation: it’s a process.
Hold on a minute there now. Jerry is killing it in franchise value. Those are the results that get his attention. The ones in the right column of the standings. not so much. Results are simply not a priority in Dallas.

If you have the wrong HC, then things dont happen fast, and usually dont ever happen.
You're changing a culture. You change when you change the leadership,.......true, but it depends on the leader you have chosen. Just because
he is new does not mean he is better. you have to look at results, it doesnt take years for noticeable results.
We'll continue to go to work every day and improve as a football team...............working every day does not mean you will improve. If you dont improve
quickly, you probably wont ever under that leader.
we like stability. That's why we stayed with Jason for 10 years.....that was a mistake, a stable mistake, and now they are going to make the same mistake again lol. Stability is only good if things are working good and actually improving.
If you have a chance at the next Peyton Manning, Troy Aikman, etc you take it. Lawrence is a unicorn at the QB position.
Im fine with it
everything that could go wrong this year has gone wrong.....its one of those disaster years like 2015

So glad you are happy with Jerry and the product he’s responsible for, mindless zombie fans are so funny. And so so many of the fans.

It's possible MM may never work out, as so many here have hoped it would. He'll likely be tested for another two years at least before he's cast aside. Let's be patient in the meantime. Things have already started to look better in the here and now. Let's see how much long it lasts before giving up on him and his staff.
I must assume you're of a mind that Jerry will be inclined to please you in your preferences to rid himself of MM at this time. Stop dreaming and deal with the facts. Jerry is talking about keeping him until such time as he's proven himself unsuitable to continue. Suffer if you must but spare me from whining about something that you should know isn't likely to change anytime soon. Keep dreaming if you can't accept reality!

Just pointing out basic and most recent patterns of behavior of the HC of the Dallas Cowboys and to which I think is his baseline performance if not being carried by his previous team's HOF QB.
I have no vested interest either way concerning him retaining his job.
Just offering one more opinion as to why my opinion is that he is not the right choice here.
Just my opinion, I know Jerry could care less.
You're a great fan and a great poster here. This team sucks. Why even watch their trash product.
But you know you will. This team sucks. Why even watch their trash product.
