Stephen: We absolutely believe in Brian Schottenheimer

[ClintDagger]

Unless you are firing Schotty today, he has to say this.

[CarolinaFathead]

As has been noted ad nauseum for two plus decades now, it’s not like they are going to say, “Hey, we are cheap morons! What do you expect?!!”

Instead it’s the same tired cliches every year. Nothing will change till people stop going to the damn games.

[AKATheRake]

They know the whole division stinks and as long as we're mathematically in a race for a chance at the playoffs.

These guys are going to say whatever they have to, to generate that revenue.

[30yearsstillwaiting]

Well there you have it folks, more of the same! Wasn’t he the one who advocated to daddy to hire him?

[cowboyec]

then pull the plug on parker and hand it off to pettine...get your play callin' mind back on the o.

[Vtwin]

The salt in this wound is that since the GB playoff debacle we have seen their best effort. This is a good as it gets.

All we need is a deal with the devil and a mountain of good luck to get over the hump.

[MarkP88]

Anybody else picture Stephen making this statement oblivious to the fact that toilet paper is stuck to his shoe and that his fly is open?

You forgot the ketchup on his tie.

Cowboys EVP Stephen Jones on @1053thefan said they “absolutely” believe in Brian Schottenheimer.

“There’s not any question in Jerry and my mind. He has the team. There’s no question they want to go out there and execute and make things happen. Feel really good about our coaching staff. We just got to have it continue to evolve and get to a point to where we can win these football games.”

[Shannon1]

I’m so tired of hearing we like our guys ! Well your guys are not getting it done So maybe you need someone else to decide what guys are good !

[CoachD]

Of course you do because you can't and won't admit to the mistake you made with this inept head coach who is way over his head.

[CowboyStar88]

Why is it so hard for these idiots to recognize failure and move on? This sunk cost fallacy BS isn’t going to work

[CowboyChris]

hey Stephen…what are you chopping this week?

[CTcowboy203]

He wasn’t ever going to say anything else. The line there to pay attention to is “he has the team” besides Stephen’s ego wanting it known and believed (even if not true) that he put a good team together….its also meant to be clear that talent isn’t the issue

YEAH, you keep thinking good thing about our lousy HC! LOL!!!

[Clove]

Let's see how long that lasts. Jerry's old man clock is ticking.
