Stephen: We don't want apathy in our fan base

Uh, yeah, if you have a seat license you are obligated to buy the tickets every season, or you lose the license.

I know, just saying I still believe most would renew the license and tickets even if it looked like a down season was blatantly obvious.

Uh, dummy, you are getting apathy now, more than at any point in the last 25+ years.

When you flat out lie to the fans, this is what happens. When you put an inferior product on the field that even fans know isn't good enough, this is what happens. I actually watched the least amount of Cowboys games this past year than I ever have and in some cases, only watched part of a game before tuning out. It's only going to get worse going forward as you continue to mismanage the franchise like you and your father have.

Maybe, but I know several people who sold their seat license after 10+ years, tailgated every game, and went to at least one away game a season. They're done. I sold mine because screw being financially-tied to this organization, and it wasn't even worth the hassle to sell the tickets.

OK, Stephanie, I'll take my emotions out of it.

What you have is a screaming ninny of a GM. He has consistently made horrific decisions over 30 years. Even the homers have given up believing that this GM can put together a super bowl winner. If you really want to squush the apathy, you absolutely need a different GM. Hands down. We haven't won a trade since the Tuna days.

Give up the title of GM or the apathy will continue and get worse. Might get much worse.

Good to know(seriously). Hopefully those licenses weren't sold asap. Just feel like this fanbase is so huge that when a few decide to checkout, there's 5 people wanting in line.

More confirmation IT WAS JIMMY JOHNSON

There's actually absolutely zero doubt of that. When they start arguing about it, I don't even bother to comment anymore, is it's just so obvious. Anyone who believe Jerry had anything to do w/ the football operations back then is either on drugs or a major self-liar.

“Unacceptable” is such a weirdly used term by nearly everyone I’ve ever seen use it. People claim things as unacceptable, and then perform actions that indicate they’ve accepted what was “unacceptable”
Another word both Jones use regularly, "certainly ". I use to like the word.
