My profession is in upper management. I have managers that work 60/70 work weeks that are not getting results. And I have managers that are working 30/35 hour weeks that are extremely successful. Which ones do you think I’m replacing!

I don’t give a damn how hard you work, in my profession I need results or I don’t have a job.

This is exactly right. His best quality is his work ethic? Not his coaching skills?

big D I live in Texas and must say..its getting hard to stomach the absolute level of complicit ineptitude in Dallas. It gets worse each day.

I could imagine., specially after these type of ridiculous statements. Very difficult to have any faith at all in management to do the right thing. Makes this even sadder, because the front office actually believes this crap!

He's not wrong. The division is all but wrapped up already. This team should be looking to the playoffs.

find it funny JJ went off around the same time the news of the rumor of JG being interested in NY job. But JJ should have went off either way.

Same time as yet another avoidable loss via coaching also.
