Still hate Roy?

Irvin did the same thing, but not all the time.

If I were a betting man, I'd say that's where he learned it from.

I wonder if Irvin stole it from someone himself.

Just sayin. Had a hell of a rebound game tonight and nearly pulled off two amazing one handed grabs.

Like I've been saying, it's only gonna get better between him and Romo.

Please get off his jockstrap.

Rebound game? When this type of production is atypical, its not called rebounding.

Until he plays like this for at least a couple weeks in a row, this game is proves nothing and sure as hell isn't any sort of reason why people should have to "get off his jockstrap".

Well, I think it proves that he and Romo can, in fact, connect and look to be in a rhythm on the majority of their connections during a given game. Granted, that's small peanuts in a 16-game schedule, but it's a fairly significant starting-off point considering how miserable they looked the last two weeks.

Why did we call timeout there?

Romo said he wanted to spike it, but someone called it. Wasn't sure if it was a player or coach, he was pretty pissed about it.

I helps that Miles is getting a safety to roll to his side...

i dont get on jockstraps to begin with, i find them smelly and the view is typically terrible

What will the haters hate on this week, the list is getting shorter.

i would guess penalties and not rushing in the redzone

I didn't bother reading through all the pages of replies, so all I have to say is this: You have to give credit to Roy today. Does it erase all doubts? No. Does it make the trade look THAT much better? No. Hell, the guy didn't even score, but he had some nice grabs and made plays.

The deal is done. At this point a solid contributor on a week in week out basis is better than what we've gotten. Roy stepped up and made some plays this week. You won't catch me *****ing about that.

If Roy can continue to do that on a weekly basis I will hate the trade a lot less. I won't like it more, but I'll certainly hate it less.

No, I thought he would have his best game YTD last night

The biggest problem with Roy is that he is a little thin skinned and I think he has been pressing on the football field to shut up critics. He just needs to stop worrying about them and play football.

Hopefully last night was a step in the right direction because he can be a force if his head is on straight!

I'm glad to see that the work Roy and Tony are putting in is showing signs of getting it together. Dallas is going to need that connection as we continue with some difficult games. I was happy for Roy and expect him and Tony to continue to work

Refreshing to see him be a part of the game, I also think it was planned being that philthy does have a strong secondary (usually :D ) and there's no way Garrett didn't account for the egals trying to take away TR's familiar reads while they blitzed him all night. I'm sure Garrett was counting on them focusing on Miles and Witten. Since RW11 was the guy, that made things easier for Romo early in the game.

Did Roy give up on that one play where he went out of bounds (3rd QTR, about 2minutes left)

The defender was coming at him, but it looked like Roy had room to get a few more yards. Did he wus out?

I thought is was smart not challeging a LB who is bearing down on you. He got big yards on the play the extra couple of yards he may have gotten is not worth it.

And....nobody questions Reggie Wayne falling to the ground before contact or stepping out the exact same way all the time. If it isn't critical (and it wasn't) then why take a big hit from a LB? If it was for a first down, I believe Roy leans for it no question.

Want to know something funny!

Romo went out in pregame to get loose extra early 4 wr went out with him.

Sam Hurd, Miles Austin, Patrick crayton and Kevin Ogletree!!!!

Pretty funny.

I dont hate roy, never have. We need to him to do about what he did last night every week.

But I still dont like his mouth and I hate that he is obsessed with making sure the media knows he is good.

Just play like yesterday and there will be nothing to say.

Kristie scales said on the radio broadcast that their was a whistle and they said he stepped out and that is why roy went out of bounds.

Not sure if that is true or not. I found it odd he went out of bounds, but if what kristie said is true than it makes perfect sense.

I did find it funny, ironci and totally coincidental that Romo was totally hitting him in stride last night!
