Inactivity by the front office- whether it’s arrogance or incompetence, I’m not sure, but the roster flat out wasn’t good enough going into the season. Not going out and getting better starters at serveral positions is 1 thing, but the sheer lack of depth is showing its ugly face. We need more talent and not niche players who try hard.

This coaching staff is flat out incapable of adjusting. When everyone is healthy and we can implement the game plan the team is as good as anyone. Once something doesn’t go right and adjustments need to be made the wheels fall off. That’s bad coaching it’s hard to overcome.

Accountability from players is pretty much non existent. Some of this needs to come from coaching, but the players also need to step and and own their mistakes. On and off the field. The culture of a Jerry Jones owned Cowboys team may never be that of a winning franchise though...

It’s not Goodell, it’s not any other owner, it’s not the refs, it’s not anyone else...The Dallas Cowboys as an organization are the reason for their 5-4 record right now.

Bad or at least inconsistent drafting from JJ is a large factor. We have found some good ones when we drafted high, and some stinkers later on. Some picks have just been wasted.

Yes, a lot of what you said is true, but 26 straight quarters without a holding call is HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE and appears to be rigged.

I am not sure how else one might describe it with our DL getting this pressure and watching the holds with my two good eyes. If people don't see that stat as almost insanely unusual at best they must also believe in unicorns.

One game would be a little odd. Two games a significant aberration. By game 3 if you aren't a complete idiot you have to be looking at it with a serious jaded eye. 6 games? Come. The. ****. On.

You mean you haven’t noticed thread after thread that blames the Cowboys from the top, down to the water boy?

You’re blind. 75% of the threads in here are ripping the Cowboys.

Who's blaming anybody but the Cowboys for their 5-4 record? Like....every thread on the board right now is a condemnation of Garrett, Green, Jaylon, or Lee.

We've got a post against the word 'ADVERSITY' right now, for crying out loud.

No, It's Goodell...

Totally agree.

Our team gets a good old fashioned asswhooping and our fan base can't stop complaining about the refs and how Troy Aikman wasnt blowing sunshine up Garrett's rear.

Gotta agree Gents!
What I don't agree with is the O.P.

Yes,**1119 JJ is the OWNER/ GM,,, were he the HEAD COACH/ GM, I'd BE more inclined to see yer' point,,, as MAYBE yer' implying that this JASON GARRETT person is a spineless suck-up merely masquerading as a facsimile thereof , I.E. head casing-liner in CHARGE only along for the ride with this Genghis Khan/Attila the Hun maverick owner named JERRY JONES,,, ya, know? The more hate thats rolling down from the self righteous and wholly indignant 'Fans' TOWARDS this JERRY JONES character, you would think any HEAD COACH with a spine&man sack hanging would've walked the hell off many, many MOONS AGO,,,yet,,,,,, this GARRETT character seems to be euphorically thrilled& perfectly content with his day gigo_O

Nice post; the Cowboys are as fragile as an egg shell...

Go get you a pair of Wally World $5.00 Reading glasses and you will see, as many have already pointed out, that there have been PLENTY of people blaming the Cowboys from Jerry Jones and down.

Nope. Ask @Jake he can explain how this is exactly what fans of other teams say.
