ANyone paying attention thought this was anywhere from a 7-9 team to a 10-6 team depending on the breaks. We all pretty much thought this defense is a work in progress and will solidfy as the season progresses.
It would be nice if this team surprises and is 10-6 or above, but coming of a 6-10 last year that doesnt even really tell the whole story I think expectations have been ratcheted up because we had a good draft.
We are what we are, and right now that is a 500 team. I'm guessing that is what we will be come December, and that's not far from what my expectations were in pre-season.
Next year however....
