Just remember, dont over think it, no one should ever take the Falcons seriously. thats it. if you do take the Falcons seriously, you now know if you can never make it in the NFL as a coach on any level.

Get in there, punch them in the face and run over them.

Julio gets a TD, but not ridley....Wentz threw for over 300 with 2 TDs, I would expect more of that from the falcons...can our offense put two good games together in a row? that is the question - the D will keep us in the game
Julio never gets a TD

I'm tired of losing to these guys, im talking about Matt Ryan and Julio Jones. We are 0-3 vs these guys since they've been with the falcons. Last year was the clayborn game . That was atrocious. I dont know if he ever had 5 sacks in a season and we gave him five in one game. The other time I think was the year they went to the superbowl and we gave the lead up and they won. It's time for the whole organization to step up. The. coaches need to get busy and the players need to stay busy during the game. Dak needs to figure out how can he stay aware so that he doesn't miss open opportunities like the michael Gallup busting open play but at the same time be ready to hit his hot players like cooper . I'm a lot more confident in dak since we've added cooper

I hope to see the same balance in this upcoming game, Dallas threw it 36 times and ran the ball 28 times. I saw a good mixture from the Cowboys not constantly running 1st down and putting themselves behind the chains and result was 50% on 3rd down efficiency. Using the pass as Dallas did also helped keep Philly off balance

I'm thinking our guys are past fed up with the crap Atlanta has been heaping on them the last couple of engagements they've had,,, & if you're of the sportin' man type with a penchant for gambling?,,, I'd put my pennies down on the #4 looking to extract a little payback on these MO-FO'S as well,,, Feed Zeke that ball& keep calling his number!,,cuz' that Dude ain't cooled down from last Sunday nites game& is gonna rip&tear it up in this matchup Too!,,,just watch:starspin:

So when we win the players WIN when we lose the coaching staff should all be fired....you guys are tough crowd living in a very unrealistic NFL world.....How about you give credit to the coaching staff who had the team ready and went into Philly and ended the SB champs season....guess not...you need that excuse lollipop of blaming the coaching when we STINK....amazing simply amazing......No coach can make any difference when the TALENT isn't there...you try and win with our inept passing game in a PASSING geared league and call me in the morning....
We wasted the great QB that Romo was with an idiotic HC. Yes no more free passes for playcalling that Ray Charles being both blind and dead could see and call out.

We have the talent. We have had enough talent all year long. Three things have been holding the team back all year long:

1. Poor OL play
2. Poor QB play
3. Poor offensive play calling

It's hard to tell which has been a bigger factor than the others.

But the predictable play calling, especially on first down has been very hard to overcome.

For starters, stop running the ball EVERY first down.

The problem isn't the short throws themselves, it's that he's so late to get to them.

Drew Brees has made a career out of throwing the ball short.

Pretty much agree with the sentiment of most here. My two cents: Dak's vision is just terrible...or, he has the "yips". He's either just not seeing these open receivers (anticipation), doesn't trust the receiver, or doesn't trust himself. Bad vision and hesitation lead to a lot of sacks and missing the big play; I think it's safe to say we've seen plenty of that. Bad vision, hesitation, and low confidence = catastrophe at the QB position.

I think there's hope, but while I would agree we need to replace Linehan, I think an even more important off-season hire, is finding a QB guru for a QB coach. I'll just go ahead and say it...Dak needs someone like Romo at his side. We'll have to figure out plan B until Romo becomes part of our coaching staff in another 3-5 years; he won't be able to resist his passion for the game.

Regarding the ATL game, if we lose focus on Tevin Coleman, this will be a very bad game for our defense. I'm quite certain Steve Sarkisian is watching the Titans game film, and seeing the opportunity.

Pass rush, pass rush, pass rush. They have to get home this week. Sacks and pressures. Oh and how about a few offensive holding penalties to boot!
