Julio gets a TD, but not ridley....Wentz threw for over 300 with 2 TDs, I would expect more of that from the falcons...can our offense put two good games together in a row? that is the question - the D will keep us in the game

Falcons rank near the bottom in nearly all defensive categories. We should be fine on offense. Probably the worst defense we will play the rest of the year.

Just remember, dont over think it, no one should ever take the Falcons seriously. thats it. if you do take the Falcons seriously, you now know if you can never make it in the NFL as a coach on any level.

Matt Ryan was 38/52 for 330 yards and 2 TDs against the Browns and they lost. The question is why/how? The answer is, they didn't expect to get punched in the mouth. We have to punch this team in the mouth with our running game, win the turnover battle, and put pressure on the QB. We can't look at what the Browns did, because in my opinion they didn't do anything spectacular so there's no blueprint.

I know it’s just one game, but we DID go into the house of the defending champs as huge underdogs and beat them, DESPITE the flag throwing debacle. Doesn’t that at least command a LITTLE respect for 6 days?

the reason we lost to the Texans and the Titans is that we gave up on what was working. Garrett always does this. In the Philly game, they just kept pushing. The Titans have a HC who can adapt and knows what he has in his team, but all we had to do was stick to what was working. It would even be worse to lose to teh Falcons now because we have a better OL team. With that OL working better, Linehan has GOT to use Zeke and Rod Smith to break the Falcons, but again if its working Garrett might say "we gotta let Dak throw it" and than we ll collapse.

Stick with the run to set up the pass and let Amari and Beasley do what they do after Zeke and Rod breaks the D.

I would feel much better about this matchup with a full complement of defensive lineman. I know many have had their doubts about Irving and taco but it's always better to be at full strength. We need to make Matt Ryan uneasy in the pocket.

I don't expect to stop the Falcons passing attack only contain it to the extent you are not giving up the quick TD. Fact is Ryan avg over 300 per game and has 3 ints on the season yet Atlanta is 4-5 on the season. They have little in terms of a run game I would hope to see Dallas running more nickel and dime packages in this game, Atlanta protection has been decent not giving up a ton of sacks but Dallas has to get in Ryan face and force him to get rid of the ball. I think the biggest impact you can put on Atlanta offense is keeping them off the field. They have not done well vs the run and their pass defense has been just as bad with little pressure generated by their front.

I'm hoping our offense steps up and takes advantage of it. But usually back ups and low ranking teams play over their heads against us.
