Yep this. They only allieviate their cranial-rectus inversion disorder temporarily, when they are fearing for their jobs. Then once that fear is gone they revert to their natural state.
Meanwhile Jerry is enamored with one decent performance and it takes 2-3 absolute embarrassing stinkers to draw his ire....but give him one decent game and he’s happy for a while
