Gambled at a Casino or anything like that (The most I've ever done is bet a few dollars on football, with buddies)

Owned a new vehicle

killed anyone
had any surgeries
been out of the US

Never had my butt seriously whipped. I've lost a fight or two in my life but I've never had a real serious, beat down, butt whipping

I know there could have been a before and after, and even forgiveness if it was an after but I was a bit stunned that the latter even got on a list.
