if our coaching staff can't find a way to make the running game work without a send TE, we have bigger problems
Then maybe that is the case.

A lot of franchises would love to be in our positon to screw up an 11-1 start.

So New England can adjust to losing Gronk but Dallas can't lose Swaim?

I don't think so.

Patriots have a top notch coaching staff. They adjust and move forward. They put their players in the best position to win. Hence this nearly 2 decade run of what they have did.

This staff only look good when everything is going right. Once someone figures us out, they don't adjust. At all. Never have and never will.

We ran almost every first down in the second half. The Giants run blitzed the gaps and the ends stayed outside. It's easy to defend a predictable pattern. Not once first down play action, not one quick hitting out, nothing.

Sometimes it feels like our scheme is purposely designed to prove our players are simply better and we don't need to "fool" you.

Why can the Pats get by without Gronk? Anyone can run open behind a pick. And the Pats believe in taking advantage of every rule, and even pushing rules to the edge. They have zero interest in proving they can line up and beat you with talent.

Raise your hand if you think the giants weren't fooled on the williams touchdown.

Follow him on twitter. He's breaking some stuff down.

Look at this...you don't think our opponents have caught onto this trend?

I guess I'm too new here to like messages but this confirms what I feared/posted a couple of hours ago. No way JG got into Princeton based on his intellect. This team is incredibly predictable at times.

After the last 2 weeks, I'm more inclined to believe our coaching is closer to average than good...last year 4-12 was what it is and all the previous years of 8-8 with JG is who he is...

Well...if you've been paying any attention to the NFL for the last decade, you should realize these two things:

Bill Belichick does by far the best job of any coach in the league of tailoring his game plan to his personnel and more specifically his opponent. There are times when a guy like Jonas Gray has 200 yards rushing and times when they come out and throw the ball 45 times.

Jason Garrett's biggest weakness is his inability to adjust. We spent 3 first round picks on the Oline because he has one way he wants to play. This is great when things are going well but the biggest criticism of JG for years now has been his inability to make adjustments. He's just horrid at that facet of coaching. He wants to line up and say "we do xxx best and we dare you to stop it."

Exactly. They don't have the best talent on offense. But they have one of the most efficient and effective offensive identities in place. They will scheme you to win. Also doesn't hurt they have Brady. But still. Our offense is nothing more than a 'beat your man' offense. We aren't creative. And that's fine when it works. But the second a team picks up on us or our guys are not beating their man, our staff crawls into a hole in the fetal position. We don't adjust. We don't try and change things up. We are one of the only teams who do not run screens or some type of rubs/picks. I see it done to us constantly. And it works.

I have never trusted this staff at all.

So you want a coach who tries to imitate Bill Belichick? There is only one Belichick as there was only one Tom Landry.

Imitators always fail.

I see reading comprehension isn't your strong point. I was replying to the fella that was wondering why the Patriots can adjust to an injury but the Cowboys might be having a difficult time.

There is so much lack of logic in your post that I would rather not devote my time replying to it with a serious response.
