Seems like a lot of random names out there for the sportsbook to get a few easy bucks. One name no one is talking about but I have a bad feeling may resurface after he was connected to the Cowboys last winter is Rex Ryan.

LOL.

Read Joe Brady as Tom Brady at first. Threw me off.

Agree that I think Jerry will go with Bill B.

For this team, give me Flores, younger than BB has the D knowledge and will get in players faces...
Flores is a LOT like Belichick, and that's a good thing. A throwback, old-school hardass who can cook up some absolutely confounding defensive schemes.

With that being said, the Cowboys are the last time that he would go to. He lost his HC job in Miami, during a stint that was otherwise going well, in a political fight with the owner. Flores told him that Tua would never win a Super Bowl, Ross told Flores that Tua was The Guy and to make things work. Flores pulled the "him or me" card and got forced out.

Jerry plays favorites just like that, and there's no way Flores would deal with that again.

My money is on Belichick. One last stab at relevance for both ownership and head coach.
Probably, but don’t count Primetime out. That’s just the kind of circus move Jerry lives and would guarantee outsized media coverage. Plus, it would most likely bring Dak’s successor here. In fact, should that come to fruition, I could see Dak being benched and then asking for a trade. Dak’s agent doesn’t strike me as the football is a meritocracy kind of guy.

Sadly I am starting to feel like this is going to happen. We are basically doomed. The only chance would be if he came with a staff full of young energetic coordinators who could somehow cut through the foolishness and inspire the team. Alas that will never happen and our "stars" care about one thing and one thing alone and it isn't winning football games.
