No way does he run that today. His combine was a decade ago. I'd be surprised if he's below 4.8

Right!!But that was their reasoning..when people were interviewed...for taking him...that we were going to use 2 TEs and be more like NE. Escobar isn't a Hernandez mold guy that creates matchup issues in a hurry up...at least in the way they run it.

I would have been more okay with Eifert in round 1 with what I've seen of him than Escobar in round 2 with what I've seen of him. And if our D coaches didn't want Floyd then it's perfectly reasonable not to get him, but in two years if they're gone and Floyd's playing at a high level I don't think we'll harbor such warm feelings for their input. Time will tell in all things.
