Did I save a link from the draft weekend in May? No.

It might have been posted here because I know it was discussed at the time.

But you save combine times from four years ago.

Something a stupid cowboy fan like me is...I liked the part about training camp where they only use numbers while the players and Coaches were on the field practicing , they only called out numbers, not names.

Now, if some of our fans would do the same, that would be cool! lol

Yeah, everyone knows each other, but it was said that on the field...numbers only.

All Day 5! All Day! I ain't goin' nowhere!

I dont know how those guys get outa bef in the morning . the world is so dim

Looking forward to tell someone how smart they are and how they told you so.
That's what get's people like that out of bed.

Booze, drugs, women, and Cowboy's gameday does it for me (not necessarily in that order) and I can't complain.
To each their own though... I guess.

I don't know how you guys get out of bed and don't understand how you need to prepare for negative contingencies. Everything is so awesome.

Right?
How can we live when the Cowboys aren't Superbowl contenders?!

I feel like complaining about something trivial in my life for days and days and days and days...

So if the Cowboys are trivial to you, what is the difference to you what anyone else does?

This is a hobby. If I like what I see, I say so. If I don't, the same.

But this idea that the Cowboys being a mediocre franchise is leading people to depression is hilarious.

I may be negative, but I don't lose sleep. I just laugh.

I'm not a Heath hater like many here but noway nohow is he "arguably the best special teams player on the team". That honor goes to Dwayne Harris and it's not even close. He's one of the best return men and gunners in the league bar none.

That's a good point. Let's say they are both good ur likely right.

You don't laugh.
You aren't even funny.

Yes- I am 39 and have been a fan for 36 years and in the Grand Scheme of Life:
The Dallas Football Cowboys are trivial.
They won't make me leave my woman.
They won't make me punch a wall and injure myself and:
I won't whine like a crybaby day after day after day after day about it.

I am a fan and I praise and disagree as I see fit.

You live on here blasting everything that happens.
This is more than a hobby for you buddy.
This is personal and you carry it on your sleeve.
You can't do this relentlessly without pause unless it strikes you to the core.

The difference to me is that the Cowboys actually are a hobby- not something I take personally. I can deal. You can't.
So keep complaining.
Day after day.
Keep souring every thread you come across.
Thread after thread.
It's your pleasure, not mine- but I read this board too and you make yourself quite public so I comment.

Have I lied?

I apologize Alex.
Been hitting the substance too hard since 11:00 AM.

You are an enjoyable read no matter how much you complain and I'm sorry for being a jerk.
I mean it.

Sincere apology.

Wow.

That was like poetry. I can tell you spent a lot of time on it.

But what I hope is not shocking to you is the fact that lot of what you stated is exactly how I feel.

Fact of the matter is, and trust me I am not trying to get personal with you, nor anyone else on this board for that matter, we are the same.

But we just look at things differently.

Sorry that my posting style offends you so.

Perhaps you would have less stress in your life if you decided to use the ignore function like so many around here are so proud of trumpeting.

If not, I will keep on trucking. Regardless of what you, or anyone else feels about it.

Sorry, not going to be shamed into thinking I am a "bad fan". I know that is a real goal here, but sorry, not going to happen.

Read my apology and it took less than 3 minutes to post what I did. Poetry. Thank you.
I meant it.
I like reading your whining.

You don't give me much choice to read anything else from you.

I was writing my own diatribe when you posted yours. All good. Carry on.

Interesting write up, but I've never been a fan of sullivan.

Quick Hits:
The conflicting reports on Romo are really starting to get to me. LaCanfora just wrote an article about how Romo is clearly not the same, yet everything else I've read says the opposite. I guess we'll see pretty soon who is full of it.

If Justin Durant is the devensive camp mvp, we probably have bigger problems on our hands than many think.

It'll be interesting to see which of these secondary defensive linemen actually make the roster. That being said, literally explosive? How do these writers get these journalism jobs?

I'm very excited about the 2013 draft and what it means for our offense, have been since the draft happened. Glad to hear Escobar is taking the next step, I thought Linehan would be really good for his career.
