Eagles got so lucky Wentz went down in 2017. Foles actually can actually make throws and play under pressure. Wentz would not have even won a single playoff game in 2017. And remember, Wentz was essentially benched in 2018 when the Eagles season was slipping away due to his poor play. Foles steps in and saves the day.

That has to be one of the most ridiculous comments I’ve ever read on this board. You don’t call the throw he made to CeeDee in the closing seconds against Atlanta last season in that great comeback a high-pressure throw? You don’t call some of the throws he made at Lambeau in 2016 in the win over GB and Ben Roethlisberger on the road in the win over Pittsburgh in 2016 high pressure throws? You don’t call some of the throws he made against Seattle in the playoffs in 2018 high pressure throws? That’s just to name a few. Stop hating and get real!
