Minny at the end of the first half was criminal. They started at their own 16 with 3 timeouts and promptly completed a 28 yard pass inbounds. It took forever to get everyone to the line and then completed a 7 yard pass inbounds. Still no timeout. A 5 yard pass for a first down and the finally call their 1st time out with 19 seconds on the clock and still 13-15 yards from field goal range.

It would be better to be 10 yards and no automatic first down. I’ve seen too many 3rd and 15 or 20 turned into a 1st down on a 5 yard penalty. Doesn’t make sense.
