So should we draft a QB every 2 years until we find a Mahomes?

Some of the most successful franchises are constantly drafting QBs although not always a high draft pick. The Patriots drafted a few QBs while having Tom Brady, 49ers moved heaven and earth to trade up for Trey Lance but still drafted Brock Purdy after. If we're not going to move on from Dak which I assume we won't we should at least be drafting a QB somewhere in the draft. I would prefer as a first rounder because we haven't done that since Troy Aikman but I assume it would be a lower round.

If our Scouts say that either Drake May or Caleb Williams are legit, I would move heaven and he'll to aquire them. I understand it takes 2 to tangle but I try. If I am unable to this year, if next year there is a guy there, I try again.

Really enjoyed the Super Bowl. Good, hard nosed football with both teams trying to run the ball and stop the run. It’s rare to see the more physical team, SF, lose but KC played great defense as well.

Sometimes games aren't "pretty" despite being a big game it doesn't mean both teams are going to play perfectly. You make it sound like NFL is WWE and it's scripted and they scripted it wrong. Well I think you believe that as well so I'm not sure why I'm wasting my time replying to you.

If the NFL was scripted, it would make no sense for them to have such a sad script for their flagship organization. Cowboys being more competitive would be good for the NFL.

Well the 49ers are basically the Cowboys, sans the fact they've experienced heartbreak a little later in their post season journey.

A playoff loss hurts at any point, but to be so close and come up a little short is brutal.

Wasn't the Walker trade 2-1sts, 2-2nds and 2-3rds. They called it the Lawrence Welk deal. And a one and a two and a three.

And we are “close” to getting to that point.

Yeah, Jerry may have been doing us a favor all of these years. Losing early in the playoffs or not making it sucks.

Getting to multiple NFCGs and SBs and never getting a trophy is catastrophic.

We haven’t won a SB in 28 years. 49ers have been extremely close since 2011 and haven’t won a SB in 29 years. Ouch!
