Dallas has the toughest schedule left in the NFL.

Cowboys toughest schedule left

“Starting off in Week 5 against San Francisco, the Cowboys defense will be facing off against the toughest remaining schedule in the NFL.

The 49ers are the second-ranked offense in the NFL, with the Chargers coming in just two spots behind in fourth. Following those two matchups, Dallas takes on the eighth ranked Rams and the 10th ranked Eagles, giving them a four-game stretch against top-10 offenses (all EPA numbers per rbsdm.com).

After battling the seventh-ranked Seahawks in their post-Thanksgiving affair, the Cowboys defense faces the Eagles once again, followed by the No. 3 ranked Bills and No. 1 ranked Dolphins. That’s yet another four-game stretch against top-10 offense”

barring injuries Quinn and his D will get us into the playoffs where I think we will do more than a 1 and out

I don’t get why anyone considers the Chargers a tough out. Kellen isn’t doing anything remotely different than what the D saw in practice for three years.

btw at the worst Dallas would be like the 6th or 7th seed.

Barring catastrophic injuries this team is making the playoffs. The defense is too strong not to.

You can’t put any game down as a win for the Cowboys especially after what happened against Arizona. Some of you just never learn. Lol Justin Herbert is one of the best QBs in the league he could light us up. That’s going to be a tough game, especially on the road. The Chargers only lost by two points to Miami. Everyone of their games have

I know I was kind of kidding, but, you know the chargers are my sons favorite team, the poor sucker.

Last week hes on his honeymoon in Saint Lucia and texts me how's the game going? I said it's halftime they're killing them. I so I changed the channel on that TV. Little while later, He texts me again going, what's happening? Are they gonna lose? I'm like what? So,I turn the game back on and OH MY GOD!! So yeah, if we don't beat the Chargers, no playoffs for us:omg:

You don't actually believe that, I hope. Of course the team with more talent (and better coaching and game-planning and health) usually wins...just not always.
That’s my point. Not always. Depends on the effort level of both teams. Any given Sunday.

I like having a tough schedule. I embrace it. And there are no cupcakes or monsters on the schedule anyway. Secondly, if they are as good as we think they are, wouldn’t we feel good about beating some of the best teams?

If you want to be the best, beat the best.
And in a few weeks we could be in the middle of the pack or just above it.

Want to be the best, beat the best.
That's old school talk. What happened to consolation prizes? lol

If you consider yourself a championship contender, the schedule shouldn't matter. Did anyone care who was on the schedule back in the early to mid 90s? Teams that worry about the schedule are up and coming teams, like the Giants were last year. The easy schedule got them in the playoffs. Beat the crap teams, lose to the good teams, make the playoffs and get bounced.

We haven’t beat a team with a winning record yet either.

Look, I don’t get too excited until Jan these days. Reg season is fun but literally all that matters is being the hot team the last month of the season. Win the east? Who cares? Just be the team no one wants to play in Jan.

Will we break the 28 year curse?

Maybe the single most overrated thing in the NFL. In a week to week league it's impossible to look at the schedule and predict a W or an L.

For example: the Cowboys went to the desert a double digit favorite.....and lost. To a team that started a back up QB.
Agreed. It’s just another excuse for losing. Winners are accountable. Losers blame refs, scheduling, etc. We are what we are.

This team needs to tank. Philadelphia is clearly going to win the division and instead of getting a meddling pick, tanking is the best option and will get people that deserve to be fired, fired (aka Dak).

Ditto….ditch dak, wolf boy, and draft some corners and linebackers
