I really think we would have dominated them if that Irvin TD was not called back for offensive pass interference in the 1st half. Instead of going up 17-0, we went up 13-0 and it was basically a victory for the Steelers and gave them confidence.

That was one of just many pro-Stealer calls in that game...that was a horribly officiated game...par for the course for them in Super Bowls

Wanted to post this question during the replay but could get online at the time.

Did anyone else notice how onesided the NBC commentators were? It was rediculous. There was barely the slightest pretense of impartiality. You knew listening to these three bozos whom they wanted to see win the game.

Oh, and Paul Maguire is the worst announcer in the history of pro sports.

Well he flat out rooted for the AFC team for the whole game.

Even though he did dislike Dallas, I neve hated the guy.
On occassion he was funny.

I give him credit for one of my favorite lines.

He pulled this out more often than NBC would've liked.

At the tail end of a not so great match up, he's turn to his partners and say..

well of all the games we've done together.........this was one of them.:laugh1:

That always appealed to my simple sense of humor.
