Firing up the grill for some low key Superbowl game day menu; Ribeye Steak and Chicken grilled then sliced. Queso, Chili, Black beans, onions, tomatoes, corn and chips. Make you own nachos, buffet style, for a small nonsocial distancing party. Plenty of hot sauces from mild to hotter than center of the Sun. We have a small fire pit outside and are strumming guitars and have started drinking already. Might not be able to stand by game time with “Old no 7”.

We started this morning with real Irish bangers my cousin brought with her, eggs & homemade biscuits.

Not having a SB party, so no big spread of appetizers. Tonight we're going with enchiladas, rice & beans to share a little Texmex cuisine while they're visiting.

Super Saturday meal- BBQ pork loin and shrimp etoufee. Crown was present.
