SUPERMAN RETURNS trailer

Ok, I'll admit it...I'm very excited to see this movie.

One thing I'll always want to do though is compare Routh to Reeve. As of right now, after seeing the trailer and all the pics, there is no comparison. Christopher Reeve is and forever will be Superman, in my opinion.

Hopefully Routh does well enough to be as good as Reeve ala Bale and Keaton for Batman.

Maybe it was because I was mostly a Marvel fan, or some other reason.

I just have no desire to see a superman movie.

For some reason he had the best powers of all super heroes but at the same time seemed to be the lamest of all super heroes. If that makes sense.

Either way just found the comics boring and never thought the movies were very good except for Zod. Oh and although the one with Pryor was a really bad movie, at least you got to watch pryor and laugh.

I can see what you're saying about Superman being lame.

I always liked the movies (never read the comics) and saw him as patriotic so I always dug that.

I'm going to check out the movie, but for some reason it just doesn't seem right for someone else to don the cape other than Christopher Reeve.

It doesn't take much to please me for superhero movies, I pretty much like them all. The only ones I didn't really like were the old superman movies, mainly due to me being young and not seeing them in their prime. But I am excited about the new one.

And call me weird, but I really like Smallville, and I also liked the series with Dean Cain (though it was full of cheese).

If any of you go see the third X-Men, STAY PAST THE CREDITS, they are long but it is definatly worth it. It reveals something.

F4 was lacking a whole lot, but the second one should be a whole lot better.

And I can't wait for Sin City 2, I read the graphic novels and their great. Its going to be tough to beat the first one though.

Anyway, thats my opinion.

Yes. I think they're planning a few of them actually.
