I have noticed that the GM is involved. I have never figured out why that is an invitation to a finger nail and Maalox diet for some people and why they think I will be interested in that diet.

In Jerry and Wade's situation, the biggest thing is their personalities.

Jerry likes to be interviewed, he likes to talk, loves the war room cams, etc.

Wade surely has a voice in most of the decisions, but he's just a low-key, humble person who gladly lets Jerry be the spokesperson.

They're a good match in many ways, but they need to help each other out. Wade needs to sit on Jerry on draft day to keep him from doing something crazy and Jerry needs to break out the electric "hot shot" and prod Wade in December.

It's crap. Spencer was definitely a Wade pick. Re-signing Ellis was another Wade move. Getting rid of Aaron Glenn was a Wade move. Getting Hamlin was a Wade move. Zach Thomas, etc. I could go on and on.

And according to the media world, Dallas was supposed to lose Barber, Canty, Spears, Flo, etc because Jerry wanted his way. Not to mention we were supposed to acquire Javon Walker, Asante Samuel, Larry Fitzgerald, etc because Jerry wanted them.

Instead, none of that happened and I've got the feeling that we'll be not very surprising in the draft.

Yeah, Wade is a regular old-fashioned good ol boy. I like him and you're right, he does need some prodding and not just, "hey we're 13-3".
Also, someone does need to keep Jerry in line in the war room. Hopefully a combination of Wade and the great Ciskowski will do the trick.

:hammer:

Reminds me quite a bit of Joe Torre and George Steinbrenner.

But being from NY, Steinbrenner is much more over the top and impulsive than Jerry could ever imagine being.

I think Wade has hibernation issues. He starts yawning when the calendar turns to December.

I don't know about all those moves being Wade but I agree with your point wholeheartedly. And I think you're dead on with the draft. Unless we can move down and pick up another second I doubt we'll see much in a way that could be described as exciting.

The pick of a corner, WR, and RB will be exciting in whom but not in the event. Jerry is doing a good steady job. He's learning which is more than can be said for other generals on the job.

What is your issue with Jerry Jones? What is with the "Jerra" garbage you continually post? Did he do something personally to you or your family, or are you just generally disrespectful? Maybe your are a self made billionaire? Or maybe just jealous of one.

P.S. You forgot the "a" in front of about in your title. I will not even mention the rest of your Ebonics you use. Try to raise your mastering of the English language.

I find myself wondering what Jerra's next move will be.

A dramatic trade for a CB or RB?

A draft day stunner involving two drafts picks?

A blue-chip safety who can cover and hits like the Roy Williams of years past?

But when we talk about the guys we need to have to succeed, to take us to the playoffs, yea I say unto you the Super Bowl, we always ask ourselves what jerra might do. Somehow, Wade doesn't seem to enter the equation.http://img233.*************/img233/553/cupcakekz9.gif

It's always jerra/jerrah this and jerra/jerrah that.

Is this a bad this to you?
A good thing?

How do you feel about recent coaches (Parcells being the exception) taking such a low-profile and subservient role to Jerra in seemingly all matters personnel?

And lastly, if I may say, it's the offseason.

Last time I checked, Jerry signed all the checks.

Last time I checked, the man with the gold makes the rules.

That is the epitome of fan arrogance, ignorance and downright stupidity. Jerry Jones is the owner and GM. He has been associated with this franchise almost 2 decades through its ups and downs. Some of his past and future decisions did or may not pan out, but there is no denying that overall he has had a very beneficial effect on this franchise and the sport itself.

Keeping Jerry in line in the war room, backhandedly curbed by Wade and Ciskowski? Who are you to evaluate and diminish these NFL professionals? They are proven and have forged long term careers and relative to Jones, Philips and Ciskowski what have you done in that regard?

I get it, you feel you can pontificate because you too have a big job...is it washing elephants at the zoo?
