I hope not, but Buffalo might this week...

i fear you are right..

williams running behind this line would be fun to watch..

i guess his blocking skills scare the coaches..

how bout just running run plays when he is in then?

I was thinking the same thing when Murray tweaked his ankle today. I can't believe what we are witnessing w this record. This is truly special

31 other teams in the NFL know who he is and that he's available...

Dunbar can go off some in the passing game, but Williams would help so much more in the running game imo. I think he could lessen Murray's load without a major drop off.

If anyone was going to sign him, the Panthers should have several weeks ago. They have been playing with their 4th string RB

I wonder if his groin injury the last game in preseason was a lot worse than we know. I am surprised he hasn't been pilfered from our practice squad. I am also surprised RB Tanner hasn't been picked up by a team. Nothing flashy with him but he can block, run tough, and catch.

Which tells me we've overrated him.

I disagree. Other teams just had their own depth chart of RBs and stash their own guy on PS. Doesnt mean Williams is not more talented, it just means their PS RB knows their system from practicing all summer with it. Teams only start looking at RBs on other teams PS's when they have injuries in bunches. Like Buffalo today...

Teams are constantly scouring the available talent for upgrading the bottom of their rosters. Williams remains on the Cowboys practice squad because no team has yet to believe he provides an upgrade to what they already have.

The Bills traded for Bryce Brown in the off season. He will most likely step in as the starter.

I think its unlikely they poach Williams.

He had a couple good runs against guys who aren't on in the league and all of the sudden people expect teams to be chomping at the but for him? I don't think so.
