He can't. You put him at full time end, teams would pound his side of the field with the run similar to the way teams bombard the Colts' tiny ends every single game.
The players they have are well suited for the 3-4, the problem is the scheme or lack thereof.

This is a brilliant idea! Just plain brilliant. Put you difference maker in the middle where he can cover the field sideline to sideline. Awesome idea man. Bradie James has been very underwhelming this year for the most part.
