you all keep bringing this stuff up and keep repeating "what jerry pays" without context.. that statement almost holds true for many of the NFL teams league average is 5mil for HC most of the NFCE coaches make 4-6 MKIl and that what MM was making ,.. ranked 15th out of 32..

so, it doesn't make sense to harp on Jerrys pays the cheapest, nope many NFL coaches make 4-6mil only a handful make that 10-20mil the rest fall fast from 10-32..

so once again it's a false narrative...

exaggerated at best

i mean Jerry paid DQ 4-4.5 with bonus to stay here that HC money for a DC, coincidentally that's what Washington pays him lmao IRONIC huh?

On Feb. 3, 2024, the Commanders hired Quinn to be their head coach. Quinn is reportedly earning $4.5 million per season, which would make him the 13th-highest-paid head coach in the NFL (tied with Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor).
Exaggerated? Come on Blue…it’s just a fact. Position coaches in the NFL often don’t make as much as high paid college position coaches which Choice would definitely be one.

A former Univ of Texas player Brian Davis and current college sports announcer says:
“As good as Choice sounds as RB coach, there's a speedbump ahead. Choice is making $700,000 a year with the Longhorns, a team expected to be in the National Championship conversation next year. If the Cowboys want to steal him away, Jerry Jones will need to pay up.“

That would be a solid pickup -- his college job pays pretty well for a position coach -- he's valued by the 'Horns and always was a solid leader.
$$$$ is good and loved at Texas. But if wants to be an NFL coach this is great chance to come back home.

Any rookie RB or free agent will be happy to work with Tashard.

Tulius! Choice has the craziest laugh ever. The Valley Ranch locker room was trash compared to The Star.

Yeah, they were having a good time! If guys in the locker room today did that, people here would be screaming to get rid of them, because they're not serious football players.

An UDFA just finished with 1079 yards and multiple TD receptions behind an OL that at times was underwhelming . What’s wrong with Jeff Blasko staying as RB coach ?

Secondly is Klayton Adams strictly a non play calling OC and not the OL coach as well ? Tell me Mike Solari is gone please . That’s a young line can do much better .

i'm saying your narrative about jerry jones is definitely exaggerated when it comes to paying coaches,

absolutely exaggerated,

i just showed you proof he's not the cheapest by far hes paid his HC normal money, league average or above, i left proof.. but he has Paid some DC/OC HC money ie paid far above the league average DQ made the same money here as an DC as hes not making as HC in Washington. Irony huh?..

look bob, i know it's hard to understand given your disdain for the front office and jerry jones.. some even acceptable, and true, but many narratives you share or OVER-share about the FO/Jerry are exaggerated..

sorry its how i see it..

Nothig really to do with tashard choice and his pay scale most of us do NOT care nor even have cluse what psoiiton copasnched make..But im betting if he did come here he get fair deal as agaun Jerrys always paid league average and sometimes above..

and i've said this before, the top ten highest paid head coaches, most of them are not earning it so Jerry should pay mike tomlin $16,000,000 type money , fpr the same results as MM got at 5? so that would make you happy if they overpaid for similar results OR worse?? lmao

i guess when its not your Money that makes sense, but from where i sit Jerry got value from MM but he was FAR from being underpaid.. it's kind of like free agency, most team overpays for top FA and do not get the retun they were hoping for many get less and that how it goes..

I've not seen anyone mentioned at all for OL. Wonder if they will bring in Klaytons assistant OL coach and make him the OL coach here

Arizona could run the ball that’s a possibility . I don’t see how someone is called OC calls no plays and doesn’t have responsibility for a position . It’s like okay on game days I sit in the suites and hope for the best . Adams must be the OL coach ?

Could be the defacto one. I'd like to think he made the move for more responsibility than just OL coach though. Shotty is calling plays, like his predecessor did when he was OC, and they had an OL coach still.

I suspect there will be one hired at some point
