Owens should have gotten in. He was a tool as a person and teammate, but was a tremendous player, and the best player on the field that day in the one Super Bowl that he played in.
I also think that Harrison should have made it, as well as Kevin Greene (produced with multiple teams), Dick Stanfel (won two championships with the Lions, all decade player in the 1950's, and was a very good OL coach with the Bears) and Orlando Pace.
I don't think that Eddie DeBartolo (no owner should be in the HOF, unless they made contributions to better or change the game - he did none of this, but his teams won in the 80s), Tony Dungy (good coach, but not HOF level), or Ken Stabler should have made it. Stabler was an exciting player, and an icon of a player, but if you look closely, he had four good seasons (4 seasons with a QB rating higher than 80). As romanticized as he is as a player, he's not HOF worthy if you really look at it closely. If Terrell Davis gets dinged for not playing/producing long enough, then the same scrutiny should be applied to Stabler, even though he managed to play 15 seasons.
I think Kurt Warner and Owens should have made it tonight.
