T.O. has 25 million reasons to drop his publicist

What a classless comment.
Unbelievable.
I'd drop that gold-digger beeeyotch like a bad habit.

Forget his friends, fans and family... he's got "25 million reasons not to commit suicide".

what a trick.
Man I agree 100%, the press conference was going great until she opened her mouth. When she said that last line, I cringed. But unfortunately TO is too loyal a person to dump her, it's not his nature.

She was thinking of Bledsoe.
:laugh2: :laugh1: That is classic. When I heard her say that I laughed out loud, but now it's even better!

what a goldiggin freak. Wow... Word to TO: Get some educated people in your camp...

I don't think one slip of the tongue after a very stressful day and a half for the principles denotes lack of education.

Malaprops and/or that kind of language error are usually fatigue related.

I bet that woman makes five times what i make per year...

and she doesn't know the difference between "statue" and "stature." weak.:(

I certainly hope so...

BTW, its on NFLN again for those of you who haven't seen it.

I agree.....she is really the idiot in this whole deal.....what kind of publicist is that?

She was clearly nervous... I would venture to guess that she knows the correct word.

I said this in another thread, but I think she did say TO tried to commit suicide.
I think she basically panicked when he appeared to be unconscious, tried to sweep his mouth (like most people would do if they suspected someone had overdosed) and then told the rescue squad that he downed too many pills.

I think she honestly responded to questions asked of her about whether TO was depressed, not understanding how this situation and that question would look later or how it would be interpreted.

Generally speaking, rescue personnel have to ask those questions, and I truly think she didn't handle the situation as well as she could have.

If he fires her in the foreseeable future, I'm going to suspect this was the case.

Simply put, I think she panicked and is not as media-savvy as one would expect from a publicist.
Bingo, I think this is exactly what happened.

And on the comments, I'm surprised at those who think that "25 million reasons" comment was cute and clever.

I'll give her a break. She clearly had a LONG night. You see the woman's hair as she was speaking in front of the nation? That is your first clue right there. :D

I completely agree. While it's very clique to say things like "10 million reasons to do this and that" (you hear it in sports ALL THE TIME), given the circumstances of the situation that was _completely_ out of line.

She probably doubles has an in-house play thing (FWB if you catch my drift) and is trying to milk as much as she can out of him... so sad. Reminds me of Mike Tyson getting taken advantage of (monetarily) back in his heydays...

She was under stress and with little rest. I know about that, been there.

Relating money to depression is just plain wrong. But I'm willing to give her the benefit of doubt cause of her state.
