Actually I believe that it qualifies as a Double Entendre...though most common Double Entendre would have a sexual connotation they do not necessarily have to.
 
It was a metaphor, ie figurative, not literal language.

It can also be considered a double entendre (they don't have to be racy, we just like them to be) because of TO's problem with his broken finger last year.
