T.O./Parcells......Whos stays? Who goes?

I give Parcells a ton of credit for handling owens the way he has. owens will never shut up. Parcells ignores him and that's the best way to be. If Parcells goes, I think owens has less of a chance of staying. Jones sure couldn't handle owens.

I really hope they are both gone. The game has passed BP by. We need a coach to fire up and motivate our players who will go for the jugular instead of playing not to lose (someone like Sean Payton). As for TO, I have been very unimpressed with his play thus far. With all the drops and controversy, the occasional big play he makes is not worth the trouble.

Both... I'm a perspective kinda guy, I don't take the off-the-field media stuff to the head like the rest of the posters here do. I look at our team before T.O. and I see an average team struggling each year to make the playoffs.

Enter T.O.

Suddenly we've already clinched a spot in the playoffs at week 14, and our team right now has the best shot of winning the super bowl in ten years.

Uhh not to bust your bubble but with Bledsoe at the helm, and owens on the team it wouldn't have mattered. Romo helps make a bad line look decent and he could hit any WR. He spreads the ball around.

Against good teams such as Nawlins and Philthy he seemed to spread it around good to their secondaries. Against teams like Tampa and Arizona, oh yeah hes the next Tom Brady.

Not what I'm saying at all.
owens isn't making our offense all by himself as some think he does. When we had Bledsoe Glenn was the only WR known to man kind and we were lousy.
Since Romo has played he has found every one, yes some not wearing the star but most are.;)

I agree, but if you broke down every game and watched the attention he draws from safeties it certainly helps Witten and Glenn a lot.

Terrence Copper.
Yeah, maybe Copper will leave the Saints for us.
Better yet, bring back Antonio Bryant (suspensions notwithstanding).

As far as T.O.'s cost, that is the cost of doing business and the cost of having one of the guys with the most receiving T.D.s. YOU WANNA LOOK AT SOMEONE WHO IS PAID A LOT OF MONEY? Look up this guy in the game program. His name is spelled P-A-R-C-E-L-L-S.

Sometimes I think some of you T.O. Bashers won't be happy until we lose one of the most dangerous receivers in the NFL and have a no-name in his place. Then you can whine about a lack of big-play ability and no depth in the receiving corp.
And re Terry Glenn. He's no spring chicken anymore.

If anything we need to keep T.O. and still bring in WR help from FA.

We've gotta remember that Jones has already said that he is disappointed with T.O.'s production. This really only means one thing. T.O. is gone. JJ usually tells what is going to happen weeks to months in advance....he just has a way of letting the cat out of the bag sometimes. I think he did that when he said that he has been disappointed.
