Big fine- $25,000 at least. Cowboys say this is unnacceptable and if it happens again he is suspended. THAT being said- the way Hall keeps mouthing off it REALLY does not bother me that much. The guy, frankly, kind of deserves it. He is at BEST a good cb, certainly NOT a pro bowl player- despite all his talking. I agree with this. Hall is a punk. Did you see when he horse collard a Saints received about 5 yards deep in the end zone a few weeks ago? He sucks!

taylor did this and he deservedly got slammed. TO does it and he's practically put in the cowboys ring of honor.

I find these social mores among players rather interesting, as well as how the league defines certain thing to be as such. On the one hand, it's absolutely unacceptable to spit in a players face. Yet, it's perfectly fine to talk to another player about getting off on the other player's mother or sister. The latter is "just part of the game."

To me, both are equally unacceptable and vile actions. Yet, had Hall not been trashtalking and just trying to play the game, I'm almost certain that TO would not have spit in his face. TO has been in the league 10 years, and this is the first time he's ever done this.

I just don't think it's justifiable how one type of equally unacceptable action can get a pass of the hand, whereas the other one is focused upon for hours on end.
