Ok here is your proof.
Here is pieces of an article written by espn's matt mosley that talks about the blueprint to defend TO. Press coverage aka Jamming him at the line.

So now what about that guarantee you made earlier.

http://myespn.go.com/blogs/nfceast/0-5-93/Audibles--NFC-East-Week-11-preview.html

The Cowboys have hinted at tweaks they've made to the offense throughout the week. From what I've been told by sources at Valley Ranch, those tweaks include a lot more no-huddle and more pre-snap motion for Terrell Owens. You might recall that it was Washington that provided the blueprint for how to defend T.O. in press coverage. The good news for the Commanders is that cornerback Shawn Springs should finally be able to play again. Springs, Carlos Rogers and Fred Smoot should give the Commanders a lot of options. And it looks like cornerback DeAngelo Hall will be ready to go.

Matt Mosley is respected in the NFL? Anyway as i said when you give safety help all game the wr is always at a disadvantage. Just look at the Super bowl. Fitz did nothing until he went in motion and ran slants. Again football 101. You need safety help to jam Terrell Owens. Are you disagreeing with that? Im just asking

A video would be great. But it doesnt exist. And you sound angry man. I just posted this because i saw it mentioned alot and its false. And to that other guy, every reciever gets jammed. Whether it works is a different story. I remember Sam Madison trying to jam TO with no safety help. 2007 at Ny. Burnt to a crisp which is what will happen everytime you put TO one on one.

you do realize you could just simply search the site and you will get all the information you are looking for without making a new thread right?

seriously "discussed"?

Oops. Typo. :p

Actually nobody brought up safety help. They jusr said he has trouble getting off a jam period. And why does it matter if its a random topic? The next time the hate squad has a TO meeting this wont be mentioned again because its garbage. Sorry

LOL! That's where you're dead wrong. If you think the fact that you brought this topic up it will keep someone from saying that TO can't get of a jam, at some point down the line, then you believe you're opinion and threads hold far more weight than they really do.

Does Jimmy Johnson count as a football expert?

http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/8792294/FOX-NFL-Sunday-Roundtable:-Week-11

Czar: "What's wrong with Terrell Owens?"

HL: "He's a powder keg waiting to happen. He's talking about all these double teams and triple teams he's seeing. Maybe reading coverages are not my forte, but I don't really see what T.O. is talking about."

JJ: "It's really not that much different than what he has seen the last few years. The biggest key is that teams have figured out how to play him. They are up on his nose and they are jamming him at the line."

HL: "Physical."

JJ: "Yes, and teams have help over the top against him. Teams have learned that you can't press him and let him get off the line of scrimmage. It's a different type of press coverage on T.O. You have to jam right away, then disrupt his route and then get in a trail position. It's worked out that he hasn't been able to run away from the defender."

Surprise! There's a Terrell Owens blow-up coming soon in Dallas. (Lisa Blumenfeld / Getty Images)

HL: "The thing about T.O. is that he's not a stop-and-start guy. He's a receiver who needs momentum. Once he hits 10 yards or 15 yards, that's when he is really at his best. Whenever he is forced to restart again, he just can't seem to do it."

TB: "In the first Washington game, Shawn Springs showed everybody how to play T.O. The bad thing for the Commanders is that Springs may miss yet another game."

JJ: "In past years, teams have mixed up their coverages against him. Man under, two deep. Man under, one deep. Zone. But I think teams have found out that if you do play zone against them, T.O. will just eat you alive because then he gets off the line free, he's a big target and once he gets the ball in his hands he's a tough guy to bring down. Terry is right. Shawn Springs put on a clinic against T.O. in the first game and every team has copied that formula so to speak. Teams have basically said, 'Hell, with playing zone against him.' "

I have yet to see someone give an example of TO getting handled at the LOS. Where did this myth come from anyway? Almost every TO hater says this because some *respected* poster said it. You can hate TO all day but him having trouble getting off jams is a flat out joke and nobody on this site can give examples. Guaranteed!
Thank you Brother I LOVE ME SOME ME. Now, I ask that we all bow our heads and turn to St. Rosenhaus, chapter 8, verse 1:

So braveheart, you mean to tell me people will say TO cant get off the jam good even though its false to feel better about themselves? And all this time i thought TO was the immature one. Right

So after years of TO abusing Shawn Springs one day he wakes up and pulls a Deion Sanders and plays man up all game with a HOF'er. Springs had plenty of help and that coverage will stop any reciever until you move them around. But it opens up other players of course. These articles arent saying anything i didnt know. You jam TO with safety help to slow him down. We all know TO is the only big time reciever that srrategy works with.

LOL. You started out saying this:

Now it's, "I already knew that and it still frees up other players."

And I'll never get why people use examples from four and five (and more) years ago when talking about what TO can do now. He's not the same player he was then. It happens to everyone, no matter how many driveway situps you do.

I wouldn't say every WR...You ever see someone jam Brandon Marshall Andre Johnson Larry Fitz or Anquan Boldin?
No...but only because I don't follow them. Any quality corner in this league can jam a WR, especially with safety help over the top. If given the freedom to do all they can within five yards to slaw a WR by the coaches, corners will throw off timing. I don't care who the WR is.

Jimmy Johnson said you need safety help. I said people who say TO cant get a good release are ********. They dont specify with or without safety help. I thought it was common sense that if a corner can do whatever he wants because of safety help the wr is at a disadvantage. But then agaun that goes back to the growing rep that Cowboy fans dont know a lick about football. And TO didnt score 4 tds on springs 5 years ago it was 1. But now he alone has the blueprint right? Or was it him and Laron Landry? Let me know

so now your retort is that cowboys fans dont know a lick about football?

interesting.

Are you even a cowboys fan or just one of owens fans?

They don't have Jason Garrett coaching them...

Marshall played in a West Coast offense...

Boldin runs a bunch of short routes...

The TDs Fitzgeral caught were against single coverage in the Super Bowl, otherwise he was rendered ineffective until the fourth quarter because of double-teams.

TO can get off any jam from any CB any time!!@1!!

unless there is a safety 20 yards away looking at him. That's completely different

TO will get a release from his duties in Dallas before he gets a clean release from a jam.

Hold on, let me consult my video rolodex of plays where T.O. did not get a good release. I happened to have it handy at work today.
