Taco has the same agent as Amari Cooper.

The Taco saga just seems odd at this point.

Taco has referenced his agent more than once going back to April when questioned about his expectations for the 2019 season.

Interesting. Thanks for the heads up.

My thought is that they might be trying to acomodate a trade request for Taco from his agent as a good will move.

They better be doing whatever it takes short of giving up a 1 for Minkah Fitzpatrick.

Minkah also has the same agent...and is seeking a trade.

I haven't been able to say this for many, many years, but I yield to the personnel dept.

How do you know, did you scout him?

I've watched almost all his snaps in Miami.
They had him bounce around his rookie year.

For 2018 they had Reshad Jones at SS and TJ McDonald at FS(misplaced but they gave him a decent deal)
Corner wise they had Fitz in the slot, McCain(former slot corner) at boundary along with Howard.

Now, due to injury he played safety later in the year, along with boundary corner.
His best role was in the slot, was subpar at outside and looked ok at safety.

This year, with the ex-Pats coaches they left him at corner, and had him play SS in a pinch during TC/PS. His mom complained about that, and he publicly agreed with her.
In all their wisdom, they decided Bobby McCain(undersized corner) would be better suited at FS over Minkah. McCain looked terrible at FS, giving away his coverage duties presnap against the Ravens.

So, it's hard to get a good grasp on Fitz. Two coaching staffs so far have had him more at corner(slot) than at safety.

He also already called out his current coaches for not putting them in good position(bad plays?)

Now what's he worth is up in the air. He was supposed to be some stud versatile player. So, far, he looked good at slot, and ok elsewhere. Getting early Jason Allen vibes but it's too early to call him a bust.

Not sure if it’s true, but what I’ve gleaned from the sum of all talking-head/expert commentary is, Taco has attitude/work-ethic issues.

Maybe he doesn’t like his role, maybe as a first-round pick he feels entitled, maybe he isn’t comfortable in Marinelli’s scheme, maybe he’s just a dck...it’s hard to say.

IMO, both the Cowboys and Taco need a change.

Looks like Taco is done. Looked all pro in preseason this year. He must of really really angered people.
