Taco & Cooper: Same Agent

I'm curious...do these agents (especially high profile ones) drop guys who end up being busts like Taco? Probably thought he'd be a starter in the NFL being a 1st round pick. I don't think Taco is good enough to make a 53 man roster. Is it a waste of the agents time or does he have one of his middlemen handle guys like this?

I'm down with this if it's a "player for player" trade.

Well the agent has something to work with on 50% of his clients. No matter what package you put a turd in, it's still a turd. Same thing with diamonds.

So MK doesn't want to play SS. Thats part of what we ask heath to do, play both safety spots. Our coaches are happy with woods and we have several guys you play the slot. What would MK play here?

That's the debate.

I say you stick him at Free Safety and forget about it.

Others say SS.

Some say corner.

Whatever you choose just get him here and go from there. This is a blue chip player that Saban calls a rare leader that is a highly talented overachiever.

Dolphins have managed to mess him up. Go get him.

This is a perfect move for Dallas.

Minkah and Taco have the same agent too. Make this happen!

Fitzpatrick has the ability to a ballhawking rangy FS but it's tough when you're bounced around as a rookie. He's frustrated with the new staff... I'll take a flier on the blue chip talent for Taco and our late second rd pick if Minkah checks out. He would have to be who they thought he was in last years draft minus the Dolphins BS

Absolutely not. I read the article and he's pissed that miami is using him in a variety of roles. So no you don't bring him here and do the same thing. He does not want to play SS. It looks good on paper if he would accept it but he's stated he doesn't like that style. But woods is a good fit here, young, cheap, becoming a pretty good safety so bringing anyone to put in front of him wouldn't be wise unless they are unquestionably top 5.

People. The Dolphins are in full rebuilding mode. They want draft picks. They don't want a failed 1st rounder for a serious asset.

I'm sure Miami can't wait to take Taco off our hands and give away the 11th overall pick in last year's draft for a late second rounder.

Then again, their asking price may be a bit higher.

Taco has the same agent as Amari Cooper.

Joel Segal

The Taco saga just seems odd at this point.

Taco has referenced his agent more than once going back to April when questioned about his expectations for the 2019 season.
You think you have a point by announcing Taco and Amari have the same agent? You don't. Joel Segal has clients all over the sports universe. Just because two just so happen to be on the same team means nothing.

As if you have any clue about anything...

As I've said before you are the least informed person I've come across on any message board but you have zero awareness of that fact.

That's your rebuttal? lol You have to be the worst debater on this board. Come up with facts and figures that support your argument, not this attacking the poster rather than the post. Sorry son, you need to be educated.

I tried that repeatedly with you and you did not understand even the most basic concepts of football. You don't even understand that you don't understand. I would not debate with anyone about impressionist artwork because I know that I don't know much about impressionist artwork. You should at least strive to understand that you don't understand anything about football.

Minkah had some of the best film I have ever looked at. I knew he was good living in the SEC but when i reviewed his film before the draft it was exceptional. If there is any chance you get him for a reasonable price, I would be absolutely giddy. Not sure where he fits in our group but I think that would all work itself out.
