I'd like to know why Tapper wasnt active in place of a guy like Rod Smith. Seems to me any old shmuck can come in and play special teams, these young pass rushers need to be getting game reps.
Preach it!
I still think Tapper will be a better pass rusher than Lawrence. He needs time on the field.

Taco is in a perfect situation here. We don't need him to be starter good right now just part of the rotation good. He's already that.

with Tank applying pressure on the right side, he is going to start getting more attention (extra blockers)....so, if offenses want to ALSO block Taco, then expect Collins and Paea to do REALLY well....

...and as many have said, the vast majority of first year DEs are non-existent for the most part...

I wonder if he will be inactive moving forward or will they play musical chairs with him and Mayowa/Moore(?) going forward.

DEs dont usually come in and tear it up first year in. He needs time to develop.

This is for Lawrence, year four?

Give him at least 6 - 9 games to get accustomed to speed of the game at the professional levels. He is just learning how to be effective and stay healthy,

Give him at least another off season to gain NFL levels of strength and size adjusted towards.

Honestly the way he has been improving the last couple weeks, I think there is a good chance he starts jumping off the screen soon. He was drawing double teams last week

I thought he was poor, but evidently he's just below average after three games.
The good news is that he has time to develop! He's a rookie so we can understand the slow start

Expectations are too damn high for DE's taken in the late first round.

(some) Dolphin fans were calling Harris a bust in TC.
DE's is a possessive word I think you meant to say plural which has no apostrophe, DEs. You are welcome.

Maybe one day he will be as average as he was in college.
